The geographical spread of Zamzam has expanded to include the following countries
Somalia
Zamzam projects, activities and programs cover all governorates of Somalia.
Kenya
Zamzam has an office that coordinates with international organizations in Kenya, and is concerned with the implementation of distinguished projects in Kenya
Djibouti
The Zamzam Foundation has a representative in the Republic of Djibouti and implements some projects until the official opening of the office.
Britain
Zamzam has an office in Britain, and it is concerned with the implementation of distinguished projects there.
Turkey
An office has been opened in Turkey to coordinate with the Turkish government and its humanitarian institutions and benefit from the interaction of the Somali community. There are the concerns and issues of the Somali people.
